• Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher
• Place dirty towels in the bathtub/shower
• Leave used beds unmade
• Lock all doors and windows
• Place trash in outside receptacles

Your four digit access code can be found in the welcome email sent to you a few days before check-in.

To unlock the door using the keypad, enter your four digit user code. When you see the Schlage button turn green, rotate the thumbturn toward the door’s hinges.

If the Schlage button turns red, you have entered an incorrect user code. If it does not light up at all, you may have entered too many incorrect codes. Wait 30 seconds and try again.

When leaving the property, press the Schlage button, then turn the thumbturn toward the door jamb. When the light has stopped flashing, check the door to make sure it is locked.

The gas fireplace in the living room is operational from October 1st to April 1st each year. The gas is turned off during the warmer months of the year.

There is a timer located on the right hand side of the fireplace. Simply turn the timer past the 10 minute mark. The fireplace will turn on within 10-15 seconds.

If the flames do not appear or you smell gas, please turn the timer back to 0.

Jets

Press the “Jets” button once to activate the low speed of the pump and again for the high speed. Press the “Jets” button again to turn off the pump. If left running, the low speed of the pump will automatically turn off after 4 hours, and the high speed will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.

Light

Press the “Light” button to turn the light on and off. If left on, the light automatically turns off after 4 hours. In spas equipped with LED light, press the light button consecutively to change the color sequencing.
